REFRESH EXTRAVAGANZA!

Get away with Dawni Rae for an amazing weekend of fun and renewal!  Dawni Rae’s Refresh Extravaganzas will both invigorate and soothe your mind, body, and spirit.  You will experience a mixture of encouragement, inspiration, challenge, rest, solitude, laughter, crafts, peace and fellowship in the company of other fabulous, beautiful people. Elevate your self-awareness and be enlightened through personal introspection.

Join us in January for a present to yourself!  Open the door to 2024!  This is the perfect timing for us to reflect on our previous year... Take a personal look at your experiences, challenges, and results, and gain insight and clarity about the things you want to adjust, shift, and manifest.  Dawni Rae will provide a safe environment to break unproductive patterns, set new intentions, and create lasting accountability. 

Your January Refresh will be different than our June Four-Day Intensive in the following ways:

  • Two nights and three days of amazing content

  • Women only

  • Intimate experience of preparing a meal for your fellow Refreshers

  • We will stick to the ample grounds at the Big House Lodge rather than going on a hike to the river

  • A bigger focus on restoration

  • WAYYY more time on the tire swing!

  • Lots of fireside chats

This is a great build-up in preparation for the full Refresh Extravaganza experience, with a lot of focus on the new year, as opposed to our inner child work, which is a core focus of our Four-Day Intensive.

In both January and June, you will enjoy activities for all skill levels, ranging from fun fitness games in the grass to a dance celebration, from trails to yoga, from photo shoots to campfire festivities, from rest time to quiet journaling moments.  All activities combine to create a wonderful energy designed to renew and restore.  You’ll drive away feeling tremendously better than when you arrived.

And this is definitely “glamping” style!  There is plenty of room in this magnificent woodsy retreat lodge for at least 18 people.  The cozy bedrooms have a picturesque view of the surrounding forest and mountains, and at any time, enjoy a soak in the yummy hot tub!

You are supported by a full kitchen crew, with garden fresh veggies filling out your healthy, tasty menus.  All meals will have delicious gluten/wheat and dairy free dishes available, with lots of vegan and meat choices for all tastes.  Stimulate your palette with a variety of beverages, from Martinelli’s to fine wine, and tasty, healthy treats.

Refresh balances excluding the deposit are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.  Within 30 days, no refund of deposit or balance is possible due to planning requirements.
